Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on every order. Your items will be carefully packaged with plenty of cushioning and shipped in a sturdy box. Every package is insured during transit.
Import Fees & Declared Value
For customers in the United States and European Union, we provide duty-paid shipping, so no additional customs fees are usually required upon delivery.
Please note that remote areas may be excluded, such as Puerto Rico or similar regions, and we may contact you if special arrangements are needed.
For customers in other countries, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and vary by country, shipping method, and package size.
To help reduce potential charges, we will lower the declared value by default based on our experience. If you have specific requirements, feel free to contact us by email. Please note that declaring very low values may increase customs risk.

A: Tracking updates after the package is processed by the carrier, typically within 3 days (excluding holidays). - Q: How can I track my package?
A: After shipping, use the tracking number provided to check status. For detailed tracking, visit 17track.net. If the tracking is in Chinese, click “Translate” for your preferred language. - Q: What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
A: You can update your address before we ship. Afterward, you can contact the carrier directly to change it. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. - Q: Can I refuse delivery if I no longer want the item?
A: Contact us before refusing the package. If you refuse it without prior communication, you’ll be responsible for the shipping fees both ways. We generally don’t issue refunds for packages refused without our approval. - Q: My package hasn’t updated for a long time, is it lost?

If the outer box is severely damaged upon arrival,request a CN24 damage report from the post office. We’ll offer a full refund based on the report.
If the box is intact but the item is damaged, please contact us with an unboxing video within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or compensation.
If the item shows manufacturing flaws, we can help you contact the manufacturer. However, international return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
